Please complete the following New Student Enrollment Packet after your confirmation for your initial enrollment. The information provided will help Learning Corner Tutor understand the student’s academic needs, learning goals, scheduling preferences, and areas for growth. A parent or legal guardian must complete all required sections, review the tutoring policies and procedures, and submit the acknowledgment before tutoring services begin. All information will be kept confidential and used solely to develop a personalized learning plan for the student.
